About

I’ll keep it short and sweet.
I’m a Black photographer* from Oakland, California who specializes in capturing portraits of most nude but sometimes clothed women with a focus on creating physical art. I’ve took my first photograph of this type in 2011 but didn’t start taking it serious until 2015. I create both digitally as well as with film. I have books and prints of my work that you can buy. If you’re interested in being photographed by me, please feel free to fill out this form and I will reach out to you if I have something that I working on that you’d fit. Any other questions can be sent to me via the contact page.

There are “social media” accounts under the name Bishop Jackson that do belong to me, but are not active. If you receive a message from an account that is not listed below, then it is not me:

* Black Photographer is something that I push to bring more attention to the people who look like me who are doing amazing work in this art who are being looked over because their Blackness. Yes, racism is still real. That’s not what this site is about, but I will vocalize that I stand against it.
